Café Altstadt
A café full of passing trade but with no contact with its guests: now they collect stamps on their phones, order ahead and book their own tables, and the café builds its own customer list along the way.
The demo opens as its own website. The business is invented, and nothing you enter is sent.

The starting point
Guests come, drink their coffee and leave without the café knowing who they are. Paper stamp cards get lost, the queue is long at peak times, and reservations come in by phone when nobody has time.
The solution
A bright, warm website with big photos. With a name and a WhatsApp number, guests get a digital stamp card, and every sign-up lands in the café's customer list. Ordering ahead skips the queue and still earns stamps; a table is booked in three short steps.
What the website does
- 01
Digital stamp card
Ten stamps, and the tenth coffee is free. The card is always on the phone and never gets lost.
- 02
A customer list of its own
Every sign-up lands in the café's list automatically. Only guests who have explicitly agreed get offers.
- 03
Order ahead and pick up
A menu with photos, a pickup time and one message on WhatsApp. Coffee ordered ahead earns stamps too.
- 04
Book a table
Choose the number of people, inside or outside, day and time. The confirmation arrives as a WhatsApp message.

What it should achieve
- Passing trade turns into regulars
- A customer list that doesn't depend on Instagram
- Shorter queues and fewer calls at peak times
